Personal training

One-on-One training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your workout time each day. I will work with you to identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport and design a program specifically targeted at helping you achieve them. Private sessions allow for me to focus 100% of my attention on you and giving you as much feedback and support as possible.


Small Group Training

Similar to personal training these sessions provide an intimate setting with a focus on support and feedback, helping you progress in your fitness journey. These workouts are constantly varied (different every day) to keep things fresh and challenging. Perfect for you if you find fitness to be more fun when done with others! So, grab a few of your friends (groups cap at 4) and ask me about setting up a session.

 

private skill session

Need help working on a specific CrossFit skill? In just a quick 30 minutes we will explore your current capacity and develop a long term plan to get you where you want to be. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your skill level and will leave you with a lot of take a way points and feedback.


group skill Clinics

An opportunity for a gym community at large, I can cater to a large group while focusing on one specific skill. Similar to the private skill session, I will asses current capacity levels and provide applicable feedback in the form of cues, progressions, and modifications aimed at building skills to desired level of proficiency. These sessions will be scheduled at your facility with your members.


postpartum fitness + lifestyle support

The postpartum journey is a very unique one, both physically and mentally. Reacquainting with your body after baby is an experience that sometimes takes special time and attention. More specifically in regards to re-entering the fitness world postpartum. I feel this transition isn’t one spoken about enough and can be an extremely crucial one when it comes to long term affects on a woman’s health . I am here to support any mom in this place, helping you get your feet back on the ground, feeling good in your own skin and treating your body with the care it deserves!

how I overcame an eating disorder

Unfortunately, disordered eating is all too common in our society today. Mixed and misinformation, fad diets, and unrealistic body image expectations plastered all over social media are just a few of the major players in the perpetual dieting cycles most of us are on. I have fought this battle since the age of fifteen and I have worked to stand on the other side of managing an eating disorder. I now specialize in eating disorder treatment and walk along side those currently in the trenches with these issues. It is my hope that normalizing these struggles and sharing my experiences will help others find their way to the other side as well.
